10:00 am to noon - Workshop Sessions - Clubs (Programming, Grants, etc), Coaches (Summer review, looking forward), Athletes/Kids (Agility and core training)

12:00 to 1:00 pm - Lunch courtesy of ASCK

1:00 pm to 4:00 pm - Annual General Meeting including elections; Athletes (aerobic run)

NOTE: An Athlete Rep will be decided upon at this meeting. It is important that athletes attend to pick their representative and to participate in the workshop.
